The Southern Retail Chain, CADESUR, marches firmly towards the forefront and technological innovation.
After a period of analysis of bidders, its Board of Directors and Administrative Management has decided to give the trust and responsibility to our company to carry out the web redesign project of its current site. We also had to pass the filter of the internal IT department.
Something totally new will be done, nothing similar to what currently exists in businesses of its type in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica. Your online store will be fully automated and your extensive product catalog will be updated in real time with the systems in production so that there are no additional synchronizations, information passes or anything similar. This will be done in conjunction with the CADESUR computing department.
The project offers many interesting challenges from a technical point of view, but it is also very pleasing for us as technology providers to see that a company the size of CADESUR is dedicated to moving towards a web renewal in this way. Without a doubt they will be references in this area.
La Cadena was founded in 1991, prior to a series of meetings held by a group of “pulperos” since April of that year.
The founding Board of Directors of Cadena Detallistas Del Sur SA was made up of Messrs. Danilo Valverde Campos (President), Eduardo Elizondo Villalta (Vice President), Pablo Mora Cruz (Secretary), Francisco Rojas Rojas (Treasurer), Selimo Barrientos Mora (Member 1 ), Oscar Alpizar Brenes (Member 2), Antonio Elizondo Badilla (Member 3), Guillermo Arce Murillo (Member 4), Alexis Quesada Chavarría (Prosecutor 1), Leonel Rodríguez Pérez (PROSECUTOR 2), these members were elected in 1991 to 1993. The first administration was headed by Mr. Wilbert López Núñez (qdDg) who was one of the founders.
The fundamental purpose for which the CHAIN was created is to make, based on negotiations with the main producing and importing industries, the retail businesses in the region more competitive by having a place to get products at excellent prices.
